Since 2011 the internationally known website ‘Tripadviser’ honours hospitality businesses that accomplish constant good customer service across the world with a certificate called “Certificate of Excellence”.
This is a certificate only 10% of the total businesses on Tripadviser obtain. There is no application progress, we are in the hands of the customer and only those businesses achieving consistent good reviews are rewarded. Maintaining an overall Tripadvisor rating of at least four to five years and a minimum number of reviews qualify business to achieve the Certificate. Ye Olde Nags Head is proud to hold the Certificate of Excellence for 2018.
